Terms of Service

1. Who We Are
Style Masters Barbershop is located at 404 S Bascom Ave, San Jose, CA 95128. You can reach us at (408) 352-5454. By using this website (stylemastersbarbers.com), booking an appointment, or texting us, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide barbershop services — haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and related grooming services — in-shop, on a walk-in or appointment basis. Prices vary by service and are confirmed at the shop. Appointments booked online are handled through Square Appointments; availability, rescheduling, and cancellation are subject to Square's own booking terms in addition to these terms.
3. Products
Grooming products shown on this site are available for purchase in-shop. Online checkout, when live, is handled through our e-commerce provider and subject to that provider's own checkout and shipping terms.
4. Text Messaging
If you provide your phone number through our website chat widget or by calling the shop, you may receive text messages from us related to your inquiry, appointment, or — only if you separately opt in — promotional offers. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. You must be 18 years or older to opt in to receive text messages from us. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for further details on consent and how your information is used.
5. Website Use
This site is provided for the purpose of learning about Style Masters Barbershop, viewing our services, and booking appointments. Content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may update pricing, hours, or service offerings at any time without notice.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
